These Terms apply to your use of highbarokc.com and to text messages from High Bar LLC, doing business as High Bar Home and Property Services (“High Bar,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, submitting our service request form, or texting us, you agree to these Terms.

Website and estimates

Information on this site is general. Submitting a request does not create a contract. Any work is governed by a written estimate or agreement between you and High Bar LLC that describes the scope, price, and schedule.

SMS program

Program name: High Bar LLC Customer Texts.

Program description: High Bar LLC sends text messages from (405) 358-2878 to customers and prospective customers who request service. Messages cover quotes and estimates, scheduling and appointment reminders, job status updates, and customer care replies. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

How you opt in: You opt in by submitting the service request form at highbarokc.com with your mobile number (the form shows a notice that you agree to receive texts from High Bar LLC about your request), by telling us verbally or in writing that we may text you, or by texting us first at (405) 358-2878. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Message frequency varies based on your request and project.
  • Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. To rejoin, reply START or ask us to text you again.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (405) 358-2878 or [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; service is subject to your carrier’s availability.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, High Bar LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the SMS program. Our responsibilities for any construction work are set out in the written agreement for that work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
